Home Health Nurse / RN Job at A-Line Staffing Solutions
REGISTERED NURSE JOB SUMMARY:
- Coordinate and manage care of client in the home setting
- Encourage clients to participate in overall health care plan to achieve optimal health
- Provide instruction on diet and medications as well as formulate a schedule
- Provide education in disease management and complete health care plan
REGISTERED NURSE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Work schedule: Mon-Fri, 8a-5p (32 hours guaranteed weekly)
- Nurse paid per hour NOT per visit
- On-Call: Rotation every other week
- Coverage areas include: 25-mile radius around League City
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
- 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
- The compensation for this position is $48 per hour + mileage reimbursement, paid weekly
REGISTERED NURSE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active RN license in the State of TX
- BLS certification
- 2 years of recent home health OR hospice experience required
- Experience using Homecare Homebase (EMR) required
- OASIS experience required
- Ability to travel locally from patient to patient.
