Experienced Hospice CHHA - Per Diem

Golden Time Hospice is a newer hospice agency working with integrity and high ethical standards. If you are an experienced hospice CHHA and possess a Hospice heart, we might be looking for you! Our CHHA's must be gentle, compassionate, friendly, and have a happy personality. We are looking for someone who is committed to their patients and families, is reliable, has excellent communication skills, goes above and beyond for their patients and provides efficient, quality documentation.

Note: This is a per diem position with a competitive compensation of $45.00 per CHHA visit.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct CHHA visits with a focus on delivering compassionate care
• Serve patients in Los Angeles and surrounding areas
• Demonstrate a gentle, friendly, and positive attitude towards patients
• Provide exceptional patient care and ensure their well-being
• Maintain clear and concise documentation

Qualifications:

• Willing to drive to Rosemead area
• Experience as a Hospice CHHA
• Valid CHHA certification
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable and dependable
• Passionate about making a difference in the lives of hospice patients
