Waterview Hospitality is seeking energetic, service-oriented Hotel Houseman to join the team at our brand new 109 room Marriott TownePlace Suites, Ironton, OH. The newest largest hotel in the area to join in our mission of great customer service and staff culture. The ideal candidate will live our Guiding Principles.

We are looking for a thorough House Person with excellent cleanliness standards to attend all areas of our facilities. The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our facilities in clean and orderly condition!
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Clean and tidy ALL public areas to the standard cleanliness. This includes: Lobby, hallways, vending areas, etc. Any and all public outdoor areas such as: parking lot, sidewalks, patio/outdoor recreation areas, etc. Basically, anything that the eye can see that isn't in a guest room. We are also looking for someone who has a little bit of mainenance experience for this positon as well.
Monitor pool and public restrooms for cleanliness
- Deliver excellent customer service. This includes tending to reasonable guest requests, needs and complaints in a positive, polite, professional manor.
- Create daily job lists and record all serviced areas.
- Maintain equipment and grounds to keep in good and visually appealing condition.
- Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
- Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required
- Check stocking levels of all consumables
- Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws
All of these tasks while adhering to any and all COVID related requirements.
- Must be able to work well with others and BE A TEAM PLAYER!

- Proven working experience in relevant field
- Ability to work independently and remain motivated

- Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.75 - $13.00 per hour
