Hotel Reservations Agent Job at Newport Hotel Group
Newport Hotel Group is seeking full or part time Hotel Reservations Agents to work at the company's Home Office located in Middletown, RI. Agents are responsible for taking hotel reservations calls for ten hotels located throughout New England and Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
The starting rate of pay is $20.00 per hour with opportunities for pay increases after 90 days and 1 year of employment.
Call Center Reservations Agent Requirements and Qualifications * * Full time staff members, must have a flexible work schedule, days off and shifts will vary week to week. The office is currently open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 10:00pm and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am to 6:00pm.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Staff members must have the ability to multitask.
