Qualifications
The House Supervisor/Clinical Care Coordinator provides leadership support through collaboration with the Service Line Directors for all departments in planning, organizing, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating the care provided for the patient. The House Supervisor/Clinical Care Coordinator delegates duties, functions and maintains 24 hour accountability to ensure compliance with all policies and protocols of the hospital.
Serves as a resource and role model for nursing staff and ancillary staff in the management of patient care and nursing issues.
Reports to: CNO
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Qualifications
Required Licenses
[Wyoming, United States] Registered Nurse
Must have current and valid Wyoming RN License or Compact Equivalent
Must have current and valid Wyoming RN License or Compact Equivalent
Required Skills
Current BLS Certification through American Heart Association
Current ACLS certification through American Heart Association at hire or transfer
Current PALS certification or within 90 days of hire or transfer date
Current NRP certification or within 90 day of hire or transfer date
TNCC completed within 1 year of initial hire
Handle with Care training within first 30 days of employment
Minimum Work Experience
Minimum three years clinical nursing experience.
ICU/ER experience preferred.
Previous house supervision and/or management experience preferred.
