Minnestay, LLC is the fastest growing Vacation Rental company in Minnesota and we’re looking to hire Weekend Cleaners immediately! We currently manage 75+ vacations rentals in the Minneapolis and Minnetonka areas. We are an an ambitious team that aims for excellence in all areas!

We are looking for Motivated, dedicated, hardworking, detailed, and ethical employees, preferably with professional residential cleaning experience to join our team. This position will assist the Executive Housekeeper with scheduling, inspections, daily tasks, managing staff and cleaning.

Basic Requirements we are looking for:

*Weekday/Weekend Availability (weekends on rotation).

* MUST HAVE A RELIABLE VEHICLE and VALID DRIVERS LICENSE.

* Must be able to work independently and move quickly (this is physical and hard work but we are often on a time crunch)
* Cleaning skills are a requirement - professional residential experience a plus, but will train the right person.

* Some computer skills needed.
* Good communication skills with direct supervisor

* A willingness to learn and take feedback
* Be flexible and open to schedule changes.

* Must have a Smart Phone and be sufficient with serval Apps - (We use an app to schedule the jobs as well as to track your time. So you will need to be able to keep your phone on and charged)

Physical: -
* Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

*Must have reliable transportation
*Must have a valid drivers license

*Must have a smart phone

Wage starts at $20 per hour.

Bonuses given based on quality of work
