Housekeeper/Inspector Job at Holiday Inn Express Jamestown NY
Clean and service all areas of guestrooms to ensure they are spotless and prepared for the guest.
Greet and acknowledge guests, notify maintenance department of any needed repairs or unsafe conditions,respond to guest complaints and special requests and take actions to ensure guest satisfaction, assist with deep cleaning jobs as needed.
Supervision the housekeepers. Assign rooms to be cleaned, inspect rooms after they have been cleaned to ensure everything is completed and up IHG standards, train new housekeeping staff, complete all daily documation, keep track of inventory and order supplies when low. Ensure all rooms are completed and inspected ptior to end of shift.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.50 - $14.50 per hour
