We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping operations, including cleaning, laundry, and maintenance. The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping staff, ensuring that all rooms and common areas are kept clean and tidy, and managing inventory of supplies. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing training to new staff members and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
- Ensure that all housekeeping staff are properly trained and adhere to safety protocols.
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they are clean and presentable.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and order new supplies as needed.
- Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all rooms are cleaned in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
