Position Description Summary:
- Directly reports to F&B Director.
- Full-Time Status – 40 hours plus per week.
- Responsible for proper and timely set-up and break-down of Club rooms banquet furniture, table, chairs, and audio-visual equipment, directing cars in the parking lot during lunch and other special projects as assigned. Works with banquet and other departments to assure that the guests’ needs are met.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works with banquet and F&B departments to change setups as needed.
- Maintains set up standards, equipment upkeep, and tracking.
- Timely set up and break down of banquet events and Club functions.
- Moving of tables and chairs from rooms to storage as needed for business .
- Set up conference phones, projectors, screens, podium, laptops, and sound system.
- Proper storage of all banquet equipment.
- Knowledge of the Club’s sound system and setup for functions.
- Lawn event setups.
- Set up and break down large and small tents with lighting as needed for private and Club events.
- On-call to add tables to the lawn when needed for overflow seating.
- Set up of Club’s portable sound system for private events.
- Parking lot management.
- Assists with directing traffic during busy breakfast or lunchtimes.
- Move cars when needed .
- Assist members and guests when needed to load/unload or walk to cars.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Able to lift 50 lbs .
- Positive attitude and good work ethic.
- Hours vary, holidays and weekends required.
- Requires problem solving and judgment, attention to detail, and physical stamina.
Preferred Criteria/Experience:
- Valid Drivers License.
Education and Training:
- On-the-job training.
- Education - High School Diploma or GED.

Pay rate: $15.50 per hour, Non-exempt.
