JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: HR Administrator
Status: Full-Time

As a HR Administrator you will be able to use your skills to help grow our business. We are looking for someone who is employee focused and thrives in a fast paced environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- include and are not limited to:
- Primary resource for new employee onboarding and recruiting events.
- Provide back up support to all areas with in HR.
- Handle employment related inquiries from applicants, employees and supervisors.
- Uphold the confidentiality of employee information.
RESPONSIBILITIES- include and are not limited to:
- Initiate new candidate screening processes and onboarding.
- Oversee the preparation and execution of orientation and training materials.
- Ensure compliance of internal and external policies, strategies and regulations.
- Maintain continuous education of relevant HR strategies and practices.
- Maintain employee files electronically through HR systems.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS- include and are not limited to:
- 2+ years of work experience as an administrative professional in the Human Resources Department.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, strategies, and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of legal regulations related to Human Resources.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization skills and ability to multi-task.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, using multiple platforms.
- Travel required to Company and Industry locations in the North East.
