We are looking for a skilled HR Specialist who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.

The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers.

• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
• Responsible for onboarding/ new hire paperwork including completion of I9's, required documentation, Paychex account, and disclosure agreements.
• Create company polices, ensure all employees have signed and acknowledged implemented changes.
• Maintain both a digital and physical copy of all employee documentation
• Maintain the confidentiality of all employee medical files
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans
• Develop training and development programs
• Assist in performance management processes
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
• Responsible for assisting all employees in Health and Benefits enrollments, cancellations etc.
• Acts as a primary point of contact for all HR purposes
• Keep up to date with latest HR trends

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree

2+ Years experience in Human Resources

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint , Word etc.

HR Certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
