About the Job
We currently have an exciting opportunity for HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resources team. This individual will partner with members of the HR management team and their customers to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes and leverage the return on HR technology investment.
What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities

  • Provide production support and system maintenance, including researching and resolving HRMS issues, unexpected results, or process flaws, perform scheduled activities, and recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
  • Understand and use qualitative/quantitative measurement and data collection design principles. Compare data from different sources to draw conclusions and take action that is consistent with available facts, constraints, and probable consequences.
  • Build complex “requirements” documents which communicate the desires of business leaders such that technical team members can execute effectively.
  • Conduct training, including developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentation.

Skills & Experience

  • 2-5 years of Peoplesoft HCM with solid understanding of HR, Payroll and Finance business processes and their interdependencies.
  • Experience with working directly with end users in a production support environment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and analyze configurations of Core HR, Benefits Administration, Payroll, and work with 3rd Party Interfaces.
  • Ability to use SQL or other query tools to perform analysis (PS Query, Snowflake).
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience.

$53,300-$81,700. This salary range is specific to Colorado and New York and may differ in other locations. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location.
Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands

  • Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily
  • Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
  • Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, from a hybrid office location near one of our Corporate offices or remote.
