- Work effectively with others in a team-based environment to accomplish department and company goals, in accordance with company policies and standard operation procedures
- Assist with monthly benefits invoice reconciliations
- Help cover front desk/Main Reception area to include answering/directing calls appropriately and professionally and assisting with vendors and visitors
- Source and identify qualified candidates for open positions
- Help maintain accurate and thorough candidate records in ATS and HRIS
- Schedule and conduct phone screens to prepare summary of qualifications for the Talent Acquisition team
- In real-time, track all candidates and their statuses using ATS and any additional trackers such as Excel sheets off or on SharePoint site
- Follow up with candidates during the entire process, keep them warm, and close communication loops as appropriate
- Use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles
- Perform other duties as needed and directed by management.
