Job Summary
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will support our Human Resources Business Partner and company leadership with employee relations and engagement. You will improve processes by creating reports, documentation, and presentations. You will use these skills to:
- Assist with and lead internal investigations, employee relations conversations, and performance management processes, including the Annual Performance Evaluation process.
- Own assigned initiatives, including those you must create or significantly alter.
- Manage and analyze people data, including creating Excel reports for high-level distribution.
- Participate in process improvement for the department.
- Manage milestone and anniversary programs.
- Maintain employment data within the HRIS and electronic filing systems, including but not limited to on and off-boarding disciplinary updates.
- Retrieve electronic mail for the department and distributes it accordingly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two (2) or four (4) year degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws
- Prior experience working with an HRIS.
