In this role, you will serve as a technical human resource systems point of contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows; all focused on human capital . This role collaborates with the Talent Management, Talent Acquisition (including Job Profiler, Recruiting & Onboarding), Talent Development, Employee Experience, Learning CoE and HR Business Partners to integrate programs and processes and share HR insight from HR analytics results.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Education Required: Bachelor's in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources or related field
- Travel Required: < 10%
- Experience Required: 5>7 years of HR, HRIS or IT support with HR background
- Experience with general HR
- Experience providing operational support for Application issues.
- Experience with enterprise class Infrastructure and/or applications preferred (SAP/SuccessFactors).
- Computer, MS office (strong excel), Power BI, HRIS(SAP/SuccessFactors), Qualtrics, Customer Services.
