Human Resources Manager Job at AssistRx
AssistRx is looking for a Human Resources Manager to oversee key functions of our Human Resources department and provide support to our employees. The primary focus of this role will involve leadership and execution of core HR operations such as administration, compliance, employee relations and HR data analytics. This role will also support other team members involved in strategic initiatives such as retention programs, succession planning, and workforce development. Ultimately, you will ensure our HR initiatives run smoothly and contribute to the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support team members and department leaders in developing and delivering strategic HR plans that fit with the overall business direction.
- Manage and improve HR Operations that support the team and the broader organization.
- Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures, resolve employee grievances, train managers in how to coach, reward and hold staff accountable.
- Suggest changes in policies and procedures based on employee and company needs.
- Monitor key HR metrics and create workforce analytics reports.
- Ensure compliance with national and local HR regulations by conducting investigations and maintaining records.
- Handle confidential matters with discretion.
Requirements
In order to be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager, HR Manager or similar role.
- Hands-on technical experience with Human Resources Information Systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a high-performance mindset.
- Ability to develop clear and fair company policies and programs
- Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution
