Title: Human Resources Manager – Global Supply Chain COE

Location: Atlanta, GA

Reports To: Director, Human Resources


The Human Resources (HR) Manager, will provide HR business partnership and project management support to our Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence (COE) team. The HR Manager will provide day-to-day HR strategic and tactical partnership in the areas of performance & talent management, organizational design, learning & development, policy and procedure interpretation, recruitment, employee metrics reporting, and coaching. The HR Manager will also support and lead projects across the global supply chain network. This position is located in Atlanta, GA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted business partner to employees at all levels within the Global Supply Chain COE
  • Assist with the talent and performance management process to include talent development planning, facilitation of performance management trainings & year end calibration session, annual merit & bonus planning cycles and communication of talent updates
  • Track and report on key HR metrics
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance, conflict resolution, and career development
  • Manage employee data changes through our HRIS system and ensure integrity of data
  • Drive continuous improvement of all human resource functions
  • Drive a positive culture through employee engagement, collaboration, involvement & communications
  • Partner effectively with HR COEs including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Management & Learning & Development
  • Engage with business leaders to understand evolving business needs and associated people and organization requirements.
  • Support leaders through change in a thoughtful way
  • Support and drive network-wide projects & initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field; or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience as an HR professional with increasing levels of responsibility
  • Resourceful, proactive and self-motivated with ability to work in changing environments
  • Ability to build credibility and trust among employees at all levels; resolve employee concerns with compassion and follow-through
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paces and matrixed business environment
  • Demonstrated experience in:
    • Project planning and management
    • Coaching managers & employees through complex and difficult issues
    • Effectively partnering and collaborating with all levels of the organization that leaves a positive impact
  • Possess strong:
    • Business acumen
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to assess situations and make thoughtful decisions based on subjective and objective findings
    • Written and verbal communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks
    • Influencing, interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
