Livingood’s Appliance, Savannah’s largest independent home appliance store is seeking an HR and Recruiting Assistant to join its corporate office team in Pooler. This position will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including assisting in the recruiting process by conducting telephone interviews, and acting as a back-up for HR and administrative duties.
Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the recruiting process, to include posting jobs, conducting telephone interviews, and scheduling in-person interviews.
  • Following up with applicants about the status of their application.
  • Acting as a backup for other HR functions.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Organized and able to multi-task
  • Prior HR and Recruiting experience
  • Prior Payroll Processing experience
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) is desired, but not a necessity
  • Comfortable with heavy telephone work (communicating with candidates)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
