Opportunity to work in an advanced security operation that is responsible for securing the data and products behind 50 websites serving 85M global visitors/mo, running on top of multiple private and public clouds.

We are looking for passionate, technical Identity and Access Management (IAM) security professional to architect and engineer a FIDO2 compliant IAM solution across a large technical infrastructure and corporate environment. This position will work with Security, Systems, DevOps, Network, and Development teams to drive and shape the way our employees and engineers access our systems through a Zero Trust model. The candidate must have hands-on experience implementing and operating modern IAM tools.

This position is located in Washington, DC and offers the following hybrid schedule options:

  • 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
  • 4x10 schedule, 1 day remote

Responsibilities

  • Design, improve, and enhance IAM solutions across the enterprise
  • Continually refine IAM controls to eliminate phishing risk
  • Build and refine secure, useable production remote access solutions

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in a relevant field - Computer Science/Cyber Security)
  • 7+ years total experience in a technical role such as security, network, systems, or software development with at least 3 years focused on IAM.
  • 3+ years of experience engineering modern IAM solutions in an enterprise environment with more than 1000 employees
  • Relevant experience areas (demonstrated experience required in at least 2):
    • Single Sign On (SSO) Identity Providers (IdP) – Okta, OneLogin, Ping Identity, AzureAD
    • Enterprise PKI experience engineering large scale, secure certificate solutions and mutual TLS
    • Zero Trust solutioning (BeyondCorp) or experience with SDP or ZTNA products – ZScaler, Cyxtera, Palo Alto Prisma, AppGate, CloudFlare Access, Akamai Enterprise Application Access, Teleport, or StrongDM
    • FIDO2 Protocol and WebAuthN expertise and experience deploying FIDO2 Security Key solutions across an enterprise such as Yubikey, Windows Hello, or Mac Touch / Face ID
    • Strong experience with other IAM related technologies – Active Directory, AzureAD, AWS SimpleAD, Duo, Password Managers for Enterprise, OpenLDAP, IAG such as Sailpoint
    • AD Security Defense – Bloodhound, Mimikatz, Password Spray, Rainbow tables, ADCS attacks, and cryptography.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Scripting/programming skills - Python, PowerShell, Perl, JavaScript, .NET, API Integration
  • Network fundamentals – TCP/IP stack, DNS, subnetting, OSI model, common ports and protocols
