Position: Kettering Health - RN's (Registered Nurse)
Sign-On Bonus: $45,000 for night shift
Shift: Nights available
Location: Kettering Health Dayton (Formerly Grandview Medical Center)-Dayton, OH
Unit: ICU Step Down Unit
Unit Details: This is a 24-bed ICU Step Down Unit. It is one of our smaller units and has all private rooms. The nurse to patient ratio is 1:3-4. The main entry to the unit is through the ICU, ER and Operating Room. All patients are hard wired to a telemetry monitor and vitals flow into epic. The unit cares for all kinds of patients including-Respiratory, Renal, Cardiac, and Surgical. The unit allows nurses to self schedule in 6-week blocks.
Must Haves:
- RN License
- Basic Life Support
- RN Degree from an Accredited School OR 1 Year of Acute Care Experience
