TikTok is seeking to hire an Immigration Partner for the Americas, who will report to the Head of Global Mobility for the Americas. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple stakeholders to support our continued growth and expansion of the TikTok Immigration Program. This is a full-time position located in Los Angeles, California.

The Americas Mobility Team - AMT is focused on providing a best-in-class candidate/employee experience for transferees. Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert and consultant to Employees, Candidates, Talent Acquisition, HR, and key stakeholders, leveraging industry knowledge and acquired experience.
• Enhance, design, and implement scalable immigration processes working with global and regional stakeholders.
• Partner with immigration service providers to design processes that will ensure SLAs are adhered to, the end-user experience is frustration free, and produce compliant solutions.
• Initiate and manage all assigned cases through the service provider management system, monitoring current status, next steps, and deadlines to deliver a high-quality end-user experience.
• Drive key internal immigration programs/projects including H-1B Cap; Internal Education; Template Design; and escalation protocols.
• Proactively comply with internal case management protocols to ensure invoices match case initiations and fee cards and audit processes to further support streamlined operations.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of Immigration experience with expert-level knowledge of PERM Regulations and Processes; I-9 Regulations; NIV Regulations, DACA; Business Traveler Regulations; and Pending State and Local Legislation.
• Strong communicator and resourceful problem-solver. Mandarin-speaking is a plus.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Ability to collaborate with and influence all levels of the organization as well as external suppliers/ vendors.
• Responsible, proactive, and positive work attitude with the ability to deal with challenging tasks.
• BA/BS degree required, MBA degree desired.
