The Talis Implementation Specialist works to ensure the system’ meet the customers’ technical and clinical needs are met. Assist the Implementation manager on a successful implementation journey for the client.

The primary responsibility is to configure and activate a Talis Solutions by:

• Creating and implementing a specific customer configuration. Works with internal Implementation Team to analyze customers’ needs to develop sales quotes and resource planning.
• Using System components that are already developed.
• Develop transformation procedures for Talis Clinical Interfaces
• Responsible for the installation and software configuration for clients to support
  • Talis Clinical integration
  • MDIQ Applications and Devices
  • Talis Clinical ACG Application Suite
  • Additional Products as needed.
• Interacts with System Health to provide technical support for existing configurations and data integration applications.
• Interacts with Client via Implementation Manager
  • Works with customers to identify data points and determine best methods to receive and process data.
  • Creates and updates backlog items needed for configurations.
• Assists Implementation Manager in successful clinical requirements gathering/configuring, implementation deliverables and milestones. Assists in documenting client’s business needs.
• Assist in identifying and refining gaps in implementation to help refine timelines.
• Meet quality and timeline metrics in work performance. Supports user acceptance testing with client environments.
• Communicate in written and verbal form to ensure alignment of milestone targets.
• Light travel to client locations for technical walkthrough and assessment
