Chief Technology Group is a fast-growing technology company that specializes in providing managed services and staffing augmentation solutions to businesses. We are currently seeking a Technology Recruiter to join our team and help us expand our business in the Houston area.

The ideal candidate for this position will be a highly motivated individual who is passionate about technology and has experience in recruiting and business development. The Technology Recruiter will be responsible for attending events throughout Houston and networking with businesses to become their vendor for managed services and staffing augmentation.

Responsibilities:

• Attend networking events and conferences to build relationships with potential clients
• Conduct research to identify potential clients and target industries
• Develop and implement a recruiting strategy to attract top talent in the technology industry
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recommendations on hiring strategies
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to making job offers
• Build and maintain a network of candidates and clients in the technology industry
• Work with the sales team to close deals and secure new business

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the technology industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruiting and business development goals
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruiting software
