Position: INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Position Schedule: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM - Monday-Friday

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to fulfill our office administrator position.
This position is responsible for all clerical office duties, upholding our motto of quality customer service, order entry, and taking care of all walk-in customers.

Salary:
● $19 (based on experience & qualifications)

Responsibilities:
● Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
● Prepare quotes based upon company's price lists
● Diligent, pleasant persistent follow up with prospects with quotes
● Diligent follow up with customers
● Maintaining highest level of relationship sales and customer service
● In person customer meetings

Qualifications/Requirements:
● Sales experience preferably in the outdoor living construction industry
● Construction knowledge and home improvement experience a plus
● Personable, confident, assertive, quick study, consultative sales aptitude
● Highly organized and efficient planning skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Ability to coordinate and work collaboratively as a team member
● Ability to problem solve and handle deadlines
● Knowledge of excel, CRMs, pricing spreadsheets
● Detail oriented and self-starter
● Bilingual in Spanish (strongly preferred)
