Job Duties:
- Interact with customers; give information in response to inquiries about accounts, products, and services
- Answer customers' questions regarding product or service and operation or maintenance
- Receive and process orders, provide information concerning pricing, changes in service, discontinuance, and shipping
Requirements:
- Two years of directly related study, training, and/or experience
- Technical aptitude
- Experience with Microsoft Office software
