What we are looking for:

Organized & Process Driven – this team will be responsible for maintaining Sila’s standard for lead setting and qualification. The lead qualification and setting system must remain consistent throughout all seasons and be scalable for the addition of new sales team members.

Adaptable with High Sense of Urgency – this team is responsible for adjusting the sales schedule to meet the demands of the day. In the midst of our busiest days – this may happen multiple times per day. The team needs to be confident in the changes, communicate and make them swiftly.

Strong Customer Service Agent – The team interacts with a variety of internal customers within Sila (Sales, Service, Customer Experience and Installation). The team members must have extremely strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a variety of personality types.

Self-Starter & Quick Study – Looking for someone that can come into our organization and quickly notice daily tasks (scheduling-communication-process-etc.) on a daily basis. This role requires autonomy and the ability to make decisions without constant supervision.

The Lead Qualification and Coordinating Team has two members with two distinct missions:

1. Hunter – traits: Sales aptitude +, urgency+, external structure+

a. The hunter’s primary role is to identify fresh opportunities on our daily service schedule. This person will be responsible for communicating these opportunities to the sales manager and corresponding service sales consultants.

b. The hunter will also be responsible for qualifying and scheduling inbound sales leads as well as rehashing active unsold leads.

2. Gatherer – traits: sales aptitude, urgency, organization+, internal structure+

a. The gatherer’s primary responsibility is to qualify and schedule inbound sales leads and manage the daily schedule of Sila’s sales team.

b. The gatherer will also be responsible for performing quality control calls for the sales manager and rehashing active unsold sales leads

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
