We are looking to expand our Weatherization/Insulation division and looking for an Operations Manager to lead the department.
Candidates need to have strong leadership skills preferably with a construction / Insulation background. Operations Managers oversee the day to day operations of the crews, scheduling team, and customer service team. This position requires strong team building skills.
COMPENSATION:
· 100k to 150K annually depending on experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:
· Valid driver’s license
· Clean driving record
· 3 years Managerial experience
· Must pass a drug screen

· Monday through Friday 6AM- 3PM or as needed to fulfill assignment
· Weekend availability
Work Location:
· Federal Way office / Tacoma office
Supplemental pay types:
· Bonus pay for performance possible
· Commission pay for any sold accounts
