Overview

We are seeking the next leader to join the Integrated Marketing Campaign Team at Microsoft Store within the broader Consumer Sales Organization! This team is responsible for bringing together our customer engagement channels and helping to drive our integrated marketing approach. This includes seasonal and sale campaign strategy that showcases Microsoft Store’s value proposition across social media, influencer marketing, PR, CRM, Demand Gen, SEO and our physical retail stores.
You will manage the marketing strategy for some of our biggest moments that include seasonal and sale campaigns for the company such as Back to School, Holiday and Ultimate Gale Sale. In this role, you will coordinate each campaigns end-to-end: strategy, testing plan, creative development, execution, and performance analysis while partnering closely within the greater Microsoft Store digital marketing teams, studio, product marketing groups and many others across Microsoft.

This position will report to the Integrated Marketing Campaign Team Lead. As a part of our broader Microsoft Store Marketing team, you would be accountable for helping us to lead best-in-class campaign experiences across the organization and integrated marketing channels.

How you can make an impact

  • Drive global campaign strategies and help develop integrated marketing plans that drive key business metrics for seasonal and sale campaigns.
  • Establish strong relationships with product marketing groups and Store Marketing teams (creative teams, channel marketing, brand, 3rd party retail, etc.) to integrate and partner wherever possible to make an impact.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Manage contract employee(s) who will serve as your direct report(s); responsible for assisting in campaign development and process management for the integrated marketing campaign team.
  • Develop strategic briefs that are informed by the Microsoft business, competitive landscape and align to customer segmented approach.
  • Lead cross-team alignment with outbound channel partners and other Microsoft teams to develop campaign go-to-market strategy that will come to life across all channels.
  • Work effectively through an influence model at all levels of the organization, including obtaining senior management and cross-team alignment and buy-in on plans to execute.
  • Develop communications to inform wider Microsoft and senior leadership teams of campaign approach, creative, and marketing plans.
  • Maintain strong partnership to help lead the creative process with internal teams for all seasonal and sale campaigns.
  • Facilitate campaign updates and discussions in large groups, informing teams of critical upcoming milestones and campaign tracking.
  • Drive Store campaign execution in partnership with key stakeholders to ensure compliant and error-free launch moments
  • Work closely with Store and cross-Microsoft channel and measurement teams to gather, analyze, and summarize insightful campaign reports that will impact future workstreams..
  • Maintain and optimize campaign launches whereby implementing process efficiencies and proactively applying qualitative feedback from stakeholders.

Qualifications


Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 1+ year(s) integrated marketing, marketing strategy, marketing operations, or related work experience
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 1 + year experience in Project Management
  • 1 + year experience in Digital Marketing
  • 1 + year experience in Integrated marketing, Marketing strategy, and stakeholder management


Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Retail marketing experience
