Integration Team Lead Job at CTG
CTG is recruiting for experienced Integration Technical Project Lead to join our team. This is a full-time, long-term position supporting a client in the utility business.
Must be able to work onsite in Anchorage, AK.
Pay rate: Between $128,500-$147,700/year (based on experience)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead technical team throughout a systems integrations and conversions.
- Identify risks and mitigation planning for technical team
- Set targets and expectations for team
- Fulfill timeline commitments on delivery dates.
- Provide leadership with successes and failures
- Work with team to design solutions.
- Constantly work on increasing the teams productivity
- Work closely with EA and InfoSecurity to design flows and documenting new capabilities in the environment.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve technical deficiencies as they present themselves
- Interface between technical team and management
- Work closely with the PM on all aspects of the project/program
- Display excellent leadership abilities
- Problem solve and multitask successfully under pressure
- Monitor project/product progress and provide reporting on deliverables and milestones
- Continuous learning of new technologies
- Strong decision making abilities
- Provide assessments to team members managers/supervisors for review purposes
- Should be mindful of technical debt associated with project/program
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related field.
- Five years’ experience in an IT project/product Lead professional role.
- Experience working with conversion and integration teams.
- Experience in Agile, Azure DevOps environment
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- Good organizational skills.
