Provides intelligence expertise to support Global Integrated Operations Coordination Center (GIOCC) mission tasks for the Nuclear Enterprise Center at Offutt AFB.
- Assist the government to develop weekly assessment of strategic activities (ASA) products to support the mission of the Global Integrated Operations Coordination Center to facilitate better coordination of global effects across the joint force.)
- Gather operations and activities inputs from all combatant commands and provide assessments on adversary’s threat perceptions of those operations and activities. The contractor shall coordinate their adversary threat perception assessments with the Intelligence Community to include in final products.
- Research intelligence and open sources to gather information on adversary reactions to strategic operations and activities in order to support long term analysis of how strategic operations and activities affect adversary behaviors and perceptions in regard to achieving global campaign objectives.
- Lead working group meetings to review ASA inputs and draft products to facilitate input and adjustments to final ASA products.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experienced in producing finished intelligence derived from multiple intelligence disciplines (e.g. HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT, MASINT, GEOIN
- Experienced in intelligence “analysis and production and incorporating all sources of information and intelligence in the production of intelligence and all government-directed deliverables, including finished intelligence
- Demonstrated analytical experience authoring products according to current DIA tradecraft and formats
- Knowledge of IC/DIA product tradecraft and analytic methodologies
- Critical thinking skills, both qualitatively and quantitatively
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Ability to prepare a well-grounded, defensible argument
- Understands the interrelationships between domain of expertise and other domains
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with USSTRATCOM organization is desired
At least 10 years of experience in the following:
- Coordinating with intelligence agencies and preparing all-source intelligence assessments which account for adversary intent, plans, and capabilities to threaten strategic interests.
At least 3-5 years of experience in the following:
- Developing responses for Senior-level decision documentation at the Combatant Command, Joint Staff, or DoD OSD levels; and staffing complex packages and adjudicating content.
- Participating in various key intelligence forums (e.g., Issues Working Group, Capabilities Integration Team, Senior Steering Group, Deputy’s Management Action Group).
- Working with US Government Interagency functions and processes; or experience analyzing and synthesizing multiple. interagency products such as reports, analytical products, and assessments in order to create requirements to support the mission, is desired.
Education: Bachelors degree or higher. May substitute experience for degree.
