Full-time Intensive In-Community Clinician

Salary: LSW/LAC- $65,000/yr LCSW/LPC/LMFT $75,000/yr

40 hrs per week

​*$500 Sign on bonus

E H Counseling LLC is a growing practice that is currently seeking licensed clinicians to provide in-home, Intensive In-Community (IIC) services in the following counties:

• Bergen
• Passaic
• Morris
• Sussex
• Ocean
• Union
• Monmouth
• Middlesex

• We offer tons of support. Clinician always has access to their clinical supervisor for any clinical needs that come up. If their direct supervisor cannot be reached, they have 2 additional points of contact. An on call supervisor is always available to answer questions or assist.
• This is an employee position and not a contractor position. This means we pay your standard employee taxes and you are covered under our agency liability insurance.
• We let you pick the counties you would like to work in and keep you no more than 25-30 minutes from your home
• All of our clinical supervisors have extensive experience in In-community work
• Clinical supervision is provided at no cost to you

​*The clinician must have the following licensures LSW, LAC, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in the state of NJ

Responsibilities for In-Community Providers:

• Hold a caseload of 13-14 youth (primarily in-person but opportunities for virtual or hybrid when possible)
• Meet at least 26 face-to face client hours per week
• Provide short term counseling to youth ages 5-21 and their families in their home or in the community.
• Since this position is working with children, clinicians must have availability late afternoon, evenings, and/weekends.
• Monitor case progress towards goal achievement.
• Collaborate with care managers weekly
• Practice sound clinical and case management judgement.
• Complete required paperwork in a timely manner.

Position Requirements:

• Must be willing to go into the home or into the community to provide services while following CDC guidelines.
• At least 1 year of experience working with youth and families
• Must hold a valid/current practicing clinical license in NJ
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Computer literate
• Bilingual in high demand!* (Spanish/Hebrew/Yiddish/ Korean/Chinese/Russian/Mandarin/Arabic/ ASL Certified a plus )
• Experience working with DD population a plus
• Experience working with substance abuse a plus
• Must be able to work independently in a multi-cultural environment and promote cultural sensitivity and strong leadership skills
