Interior Design & Project Assistant Job at ME Design
- Assist principal designer with various design project tasks
- Communicate with new and current design clients
- Assist with with project installs, placing furnishings, art lighting etc in clients residence
- Visiting job sites to analyze space availability, design needs and the purpose of the space
- Attending client meetings to understand the design needs and client preferences regarding interior styles and colors
- Scheduling contractors and vendors to implement design ideas, such as Carpenters, Painters, Plumbers, Electricians and Artists
- Following up on existing orders to ensure timing and delivery
- Conduct client project visits and keeping everyone involved in the project appraised of its progress

- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and resolve any issues regarding operation and delay
