The Program Coordinator assists the Program Manager for International Partnerships and Executive Director, Global Gateways and Partnerships in the administration of the university's international partnerships. Responsible for the daily administration of international partnership agreements (Visual Compliance screening, agreement drafting and approvals, tracking contracts on the OnBase portal) and the international partnerships’ portal as well as generate reports, as needed, to collect data on partnerships.

The program coordinator will work closely with the program manager to 1) ensure that international partnerships are compliant within parameters set by the University, State and Federal policies, 2) collect metrics and outcomes of existing partnerships and analyze data on outcomes, as needed, for reporting on the University’s global engagement activities, 3) support international delegation visits, 4) suggest process improvements, and 5) support training sessions, as needed.

This position will be responsible for collecting data for the annual report and working closely with OIA Communications to update them on finalized agreements and any website revisions.

Required: Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline and 2 years experience, or combination of education and experience.

The candidate must have demonstrated ability to communicate successfully with diverse user groups, which may include faculty, students, government agencies, and university administration.

The candidate must have excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills and the ability to swiftly and adeptly manage multiple projects and shifting priorities at one time. Knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe programs required.

Ability to work independently and in teams with strong attention to detail and follow-up

Desired: International experience and/or degree. Knowledge of a foreign language a plus. Familiarity with data analytics and data visualization desired. Experience working in a global context with international partners and institutions, experience working with people of diverse cultural backgrounds, understanding of issues, trends and opportunities in international education. Knowledge of university protocols, policies, systems, and procedures, including OnBase Contract Management Portal is desired.

The target hiring range for this job profile is $18.61 - $24.81 The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limit to, education, years of experience, internal equity, etc.
