YOUR LIFE AS AN INVENTORY CONTROL MANAGER

In this Inventory Control Manager role, we rely on you to oversee our day-to-day inventory management and warehouse operations. Much of your time is spent making sure our inventory is well-stocked and our technicians have everything they need. You utilize your strong organizational skills to coordinate logistics and equipment for multiple projects. Your attention to detail allows our technicians to effectively do their jobs and your forward-thinking results in productive inventory management of time-sensitive tasks including pulling permits, scheduling inspections, and ordering necessary equipment.

On top of keeping our techs fully equipped, you also take care of some "behind the scenes" tasks that include regularly ordering materials for restocking, scheduling or performing tool repairs and maintenance, and delivering materials to techs out in the field. When necessary, you also take on other operational duties such as answering customer phone calls, assisting dispatch, cleaning the warehouse, and delivering material. Lastly, to improve overall productivity, you play a role in creating new organizational systems and procedures. At the end of the day, you are proud of the role you play on our team and enjoy seeing your hard work pay off in successful warehouse operations!


WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Previous experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical industry preferred
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Current driver's license and clean driving record
  • Can pass a background check and periodic drug tests upon hire
  • Above average phone and written communication skills
