The Inventory Recovery Specialist for SafeStreets is to assist the Inventory Recovery Supervisor in the asset recovery within the department. This person must carry out certain administration and procedural tasks to support this effort. These efforts are to include assisting in recovery of terminated employee inventory and the handling and processing of spillaged equipment through vendor RMA’s. This person must establish and maintain positive relationships with inventory vendors, field operations, and administration teams.

Inventory Recovery Specialist Job Duties:

• Assist in the recovery of terminated-employee inventory through coordinated efforts. Coordination must be made between the terminated employee, their managers, and other field technicians to accomplish this. Timing must be quick and accurate to eliminate financial write-off and loss of communication from all parties.

• Process spillaged equipment through CRM (Salesforce) records and warehouse procedures. Ensure Salesforce records accurately describe quantities and financial totals that physically represent incoming spillage equipment.

• Maintain accurate records of all recovery transactions. Coordinate with field technicians to ensure spillage reported on Salesforce arrive in the warehouse to be processed for RMA.

• Return spillaged equipment to company vendors based on RMA agreements in a timely and accurate manner once per month. Coordinate with shipping carriers (Old Dominion, FedEx, etc.) to return RMA equipment

• Perform other related duties as assigned. Willingness to allow for flexibility in job duties each day.
