Hobe Sound Sprinklers is a full-service irrigation company that has been servicing Hobe Sound for over 32 years. We honor being a locally owned and operated business that treats each employee as part of the family.
We are looking for a responsible, dependable, and eager to learn individual to fill the open position of Irrigation Technician. This individual must be willing to learn how to properly install and repair irrigation systems and understand basic terminology associated with the field. Experience in irrigation is a plus but not required, on-site one on one training will be offered with one of our licensed and experienced irrigation technicians.
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance on residential irrigation systems.
- Complete installation of new residential systems.
- Install and repair hoses, pipes, and numerous types of sprinkler heads and fixtures.
- Install, locate, and repair pumps, water lines and valves.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service.
- Highly motivated to work independently and/or part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Ability to inspect properties to generate and complete work orders to insure proper documentation of service performance.
Requirements:
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Dependable transportation to and from work
- Knowledge of residential irrigation.
Education: High school diploma/GED or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
