Wellborn Forest (WF) Cabinetry is hiring a full-time IT Associate for their IT team in Alexander City, Alabama.

WF Cabinetry is looking for an energetic and self-starting IT Associate to work full-time at their manufacturing facility in Alexander City, AL. The IT Associate will need a background with SQL programming, as well as a working knowledge of mobile data collection, reporting, and storage. Working as an IT Associate with WF Cabinetry means being apart of a team that offers collaboration, support, and growth.

Wellborn Forest, a member of the HCI Portfolio, is a designer and manufacturer of semi-custom wood kitchen and bath cabinets serving the single-family residential market exclusively through the dealer channel.

Jobs to be performed:

• Work with manufacturing ERP software system
• SQL programming and SQL Server Reporting Services. Work in Crystal Reports a plus.
• Understand and be able to manage a production SQL server environment to provide the most efficient processing and response times.
• An ability to comprehend intricate manufacturing processes, flows, nomenclature, product architecture and design (Cabinet manufacturing or related wood product industry such as doors/windows/furniture is a plus)
• Knowledge and Working ability in mobile data collection and reporting. Both Barcodes and RFID. With both on premise and Cloud storage repositories.
• Will need the ability to collaboratively or alone, work on the setup, processing, reporting and analytical demands of all aspects of the manufacturing lifecycle (From “quote to cash”).
• Will need the ability to understand, queries and manage robust SQL database schemas
• Integrate with configurable Order Entry systems, build multi-tiered BOM and routings and manage inventory demands.
• Skills to work using analytical tools to develop and support informational content and business metrics as needed by All Levels of company management, Personnel, and customers, key company partners or representatives.
