Job Summary

Responsible for program delivery of multiple related projects and builds effective relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and to deliver business value outcomes for assigned initiatives

  • Strong leadership skills, self-starter and motivate team members

  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, ensuring that both functional and technical stakeholders are adequately informed

  • The capability to manage expectations and influence across cross-functional stakeholder groups

  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving capabilities

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives for delivery lifecycle

  • Ability to manage multiple scrum teams and empower teams to organize and deliver utilizing Scrum, Kanban at scale

  • Track and report execution metrics for Scrum Teams such as velocity/cycle time and consolidate for product/program-level view

  • Ability to mature agile practices within the team as a servant leader / coach

  • Assisting with internal and external communication while providing transparency

  • Support the Product Owner and Development Team to report on KPI’s identified for the initiative

  • Facilitate ceremonies for Scrum Teams such as Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospective, Sprint Review, Daily Standup, and Scrum-of-Scrums

  • Lead teams to identify areas of improvement and drive action items to realize continuous improvement goals

  • Support Scrum Teams with external interruptions by managing inbound requests from stakeholders through defined processes ensuring adherence to agile best practices

  • Remove impediments and seek leadership support to enable team success when necessary

  • Ability to influence, negotiate and communicate at all levels of the organization

  • Lead Steering Committee meetings with Sr. Leadership and C-level executives to provide an all-encompassing program status update

  • Facilitate cross-functional project meetings to meet deliverables and dependencies

  • Document, coordinate, and manage cross-team dependencies

  • Provide transparency on the health of initiative through reporting at regular cadence

  • Manage and work with 3rd party vendors, and partners to drive cross-business unit dependencies

  • Ability to take on new task as requested

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related filed, or equivalent experience

  • Strong and demonstrated experience executing in an Agile and Hybrid environment

  • 6 + years experience as a Scrum Lead/Project Manager

  • Will be responsible for working projects as a Scrum Lead or Project Manager

  • Experience work Sales Projects, specifically channel sales projects for a Digital Services Team

  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, technical projects

  • Ability to interact professionally and confidently with colleagues at all levels, including senior and executive management with clear and confident communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

  • Five plus years of experience as a Scrum Lead in an enterprise software context

  • Deliver 100% of project scope to quality standards within agreed upon schedule and budget

  • Excellent facilitation skills with a focus on achieving consensus when viewpoints diverge

  • Facilitate Scrum process and make Teams more effective using Scrum framework

  • Knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework, Kanban, Large Scale Scrum, Disciplined Agile Delivery, or other agile scaling framework

  • Deep understanding of the enterprise software development lifecycle including agile transformations, DevOps mindset, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment

  • Understanding of methods to adjust team behaviors and actions to align to an agile mindset

  • Proficiency in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills

  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment

  • Self-motivation and the ability to stay focused as priorities and team needs change

  • Team player with the ability to work well in a fast-paced professional and international environment

  • PMI-PMP/Scrum Master certification from a recognized entity

  • Additional Information Technology certifications and affiliations a plus

  • Experience using Atlassian application suite (Confluence, JIRA)

  • Background working with Datacenter technologies

  • SAFe Certification

Experience/Education/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

  • IT project management experience and at least 5 years in an Agile environment with application development and COTS implementations

  • PMI-PMP/Scrum Master certification from a recognized entity

  • Additional Information Technology certifications and affiliations a plus

Other Desired Experiences

  • Experience using Atlassian application suite (Confluence, JIRA)

  • Background working with Datacenter technologies.

  • SAFe Certification
