4 Weeks Project
Project Requirements:
- Must be able to work well in a team environment
- Must have understanding of the importance of Customer Service and be willing to take direction well
- Must understand that project is in NIH facility and a high level of professionalism is required at all times
- Must understand project does not start till June 5th
- Payment will be every 2 weeks direct deposit
- must have the proper professional appearance and conduct to be on site. Dress is “Business Casual” which is to be deemed as khakis, dress shirt and shoes at a minimum. Athletic shoes in good condition are acceptable.
Company Equipment: Customer will furnish laptops with Excel and barcode scanners and tools to remove old Wi-fi tags. (The site will supply carts or other mechanisms to carry laptops, tags, etc.)
Working in a hospital environment requires adjusting schedules in line with current hospital events, therefore some evening hours will be required.
- Some Saturday workdays may be required due to Operating Room availability.
- Certain inpatient areas may require several visits due to not being able to install or tag while a patient is in the room. Escorts Required.
- At the end of each day, contractor will report daily results to the on-site lead.
- Results will include total hours completed, number of tags applied, issues encountered, and other relevant information.
- Individuals will remove Wi-Fi (old) tags from specific hospital equipment if it is on an asset receiving a new tag.
- Training and tools will be provided for removing the tags.
- Old tags will be placed in storage container (box, etc.)
- Tags may be installed in the same location as the previous tag was removed (or other if escort designates a different location.)
- The Tag MAC address and the RFID tag value will be logged into an Excel spreadsheet and be associated to the Equipment Control Number (ECN) of the asset.
- The entry may be by way of scanner or typed entry on Client-provided laptops.
- The tag will then be applied to the piece of equipment using the procedures learned in the training. After the tag is applied, the taggers will press the tag’s button.
- At the end of each day, all tagging summaries will be burned to a disc and then given to the POC at the hospital

Contractor Job Function/Overall Requirements: Typical workday schedule will be between 8am to 4pm M-F (with a one-hour lunch).

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
