Job Summary:
The Jamba Team Member is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving smoothies, juices, and other menu items in a fast-paced environment. The Jamba Team Member must be able to work well in a team and be willing to perform various tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and prepare smoothies, juices, and other menu items accurately and efficiently
- Follow all recipes and ensure that all ingredients are fresh and available
- Operate cash registers, handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment in accordance with Jamba Juice standards
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Provide information to customers about Jamba Juice products and promotions
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Shift Lead or Store Manager
Qualifications:
- Experience in food service, customer service, or a related field preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Open availability and ability to work weekends and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.66 - $17.08 per hour
