Come join our family owned and operated team! Proven Power is looking to add Pickup and Delivery Drivers at our Waukesha location. As a Driver, every day is a new adventure, and no two days are the same!
Our drivers are the face of our organization, and are often the first representative of our team to have an impact on our clients. Our drivers are responsible for delivering and demonstrating new equipment, picking up running and non-running equipment for repair, transferring parts and equipment between our locations, assisting our technicians, and many other duties outside of the standard job description. Our ideal candidate would be someone who is interested in all varieties of equipment, is comfortable behind the wheel of a 3/4 ton pickup and 20ft trailer, has a passion for customer service, and a willingness to tackle any and all projects assigned to them.
Candidate must possess:
- Clean driving record with no restrictions, CDL desirable and pays a premium
- Ability to pass insurance company screening
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Exceptional people skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to occasionally lift 100#
- Basic working knowledge of machinery
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to maneuver and back a full size pickup truck with 20’ trailer
- Ability to problem solve and work independently
- Ability to follow both written and verbal directions
Peak hours during the months of March-June and September-November.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
