Job Description
In this role, the Jr. Financial Analyst will support the Accounting Manager and the Accounting Department for day to day responsibilities from maintaining AR, reporting sales data, generating and analyzing data along with monthly and quarterly basis responsibilities. Ad-hoc responsibilities to follow.
Maintain of various managerial segment P&L based on trainings, conventions, and events- Gather of information from the business to assist in the creation of annual budget
- Assist in building financial models and provide support to the Executive team
- Provide financial assistance on executive decision-making by running scenario analysis Manage the financial master data to satisfy various forecast reporting requirements
- Analyze the impact of new implements with promotions/contracts
- Analyze KPI trends and variances versus budget/forecast/prior year
- Assist the Manager with HQ reports per quarter
- Co-work with Coordinator 1 for the preparation of monthly reporting
Quarterly Basis
- Review efficiency of budgets/expenses prepared for quarterly report by Accounting Department
- Assisting Manager on Market Analysis for future budgeting and current spent
Salary: $50,000 /yr
Qualifications

- Able to multi-task and work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage time effectively Proficient in MS Office, Excel and analytical skills Bilingual in Korean/English preferred High attention to detail and accuracy
- At least (1) year of finance/accounting or related business experience
- BA in Accounting or Finance preferred
