Objective:

To provide the highest level of hospitality by enhancing the experience our restaurant patrons receive on a consistent basis through positive engagement, and successful follow-through while exemplifying a “Go-Giver” attitude with the determination to learn, and grow your knowledge and expertise of the hospitality industry in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assists with preparation and set up of the restaurant, and store front prior to service in a professional, and timely manner
• Fulfillment of pre-shift and post shift side work, and other required duties
• Protects the establishment and patrons by adhering to the current sanitation, and safety guidelines
• Transmitting orders properly to the kitchen by recording patrons’ choices; identifying patrons’ special dietary needs and special requests in an organized and communicative manner
• Assists with delivering orders to the patrons
• Responds to additional patrons’ needs through interacting, inquiring, and observing throughout the dining process
• Exudes a sense of urgency, and assertiveness; understanding when/if there is a problem that requires manager’s involvement
• Encourages and promotes healthy eating habits through educating patrons
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results; assisting coworkers during shift on an as needed basis
