About this role

The job is going to start with social media posts. The complete expectation for this position is to be in charge of all content outputs in the future, to better control the brand image.

The salary structure for this position is going to be a basic rate plus commission (with no upper limit). The basis rate depends on the working ability. The commission is based on the sales achievement. The performance evaluation is based on audience engagement.

Job Responsibilities

1. Creating a comprehensive social media strategy for the brand that aligns with its positioning, target audience, and market environment. This will involve developing a content strategy, selecting the most suitable social media platforms, and designing effective promotion plans.

2. Producing high-quality social media content that is tailored to the brand's image and target audience. This content will include text, images, videos, and other types of multimedia.

3. Managing the brand's social media accounts and ensuring that they are updated regularly with engaging content. This will involve interacting with fans, answering questions, and addressing any complaints or issues that may arise.

4. Using social media analysis tools to monitor the brand's performance on various social media platforms and analyzing data to optimize content and strategies.

5. Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, public relations, and customer service, to develop an overall brand communication plan that is aligned with the brand's goals and objectives.

6. Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies to identify new opportunities and ways to promote the brand effectively.

7. Maintaining the consistency and stability of the brand image by avoiding any comments or behaviors that may damage the brand's reputation or image.

8. Commuting to the factory is necessary since the shooting work is mainly carried out there.

Qualifications

1) A bachelor's degree or higher in art, photography, or design.

2) Minimum of two years of professional experience in photography and video production.

3) Strong communication and collaboration skills.

4) Work authorization (Required)

4) Proficiency in video editing software, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
