Lab Technician Job at The Monster Group
Position Summary
- Entry level position in laboratory services where work is closely supervised and done in accordance with well-defined standards and procedures of an uncomplicated nature.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Be able to carry about 50Lbs of weight on the daily.
- Retrieving clean containers for batch compounding.
- Move barrels where needed (Scales, Mixers, Bottling Room, Warehouse) utilizing barrel jack.
- Fill flavor/ingredients in secondary containers for compounders and label appropriately.
- Retrieve flavors for compounders.
- Keep Laboratory and sink clean.
- Assisting lab personnel with sampling and labeling.
- Working on special projects with supervision of compounders or manager
- Promoting teamwork and cooperation among staff.
- Following MVL policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Other duties assigned.

Qualifications
Education and/or Experience: High School education or equivalent.
Work Environment: The work environment is fast-paced and busy. Changing project deadlines with sudden notice.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk, and hear. In addition, the employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and climb a small ladder.
Expected Performance Outputs
Meet or exceed batch par for laboratory. Willingness to work over 40 hour work weeks.
