• Perform laboratory tasks including but not limited to: solution preparation for multiple teams, the storage, tracking and discard of solutions, basic cleaning, organization, and stocking of the lab
• Communicates errors and deficiencies to staff and management pertaining to solution storage
• Regularly gathers trending and metric data in support of department operations
• Execute a variety of organizational tasks such as auditing, tracking, and updating various support functionalities
• Monitor and control the department office supply Kanban system, and glassware locations
• Work efficiently, document work clearly, and perform responsibilities accurately
• Special projects as necessary/as directed

The Ideal Candidate would possess:

• Strong computer (specifically MS Excel & Outlook), and organizational skills
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
• Experience in information or data tracking is a plus
• Must be able to stand / walk for extended periods
• Must be able to lift up 25 lbs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.
