Landscape Crew Member Job at Ruppert Landscape
Responsibilities**
Crew members are responsible for performing landscape maintenance on commercial properties as directed by Field Managers. Hours are typically 40-45 per week.
Responsibilities
- Ability to operate various mowing and finishing equipment, performing labor functions, mulching, installation, etc.
Qualifications
- Ideal candidates will have previous industry experience, a willingness to deliver quality workmanship, and a strong work ethic
- Must be able to lift 50lbs routinely.
- Honest, dependable, reliable, has a positive attitude and is cooperative
- Takes care of equipment and tools, is self-motivated, has a desire to learn and improve
- Has pride in his/her work
- Adheres to, and supports, company policies and seeks to grow with the company
