This position is responsible for creating residential irrigation and landscape lighting designs in AutoCAD, completing take-offs on designs, and procuring materials. The individual will also aid with the scheduling and dispatching of service technicians.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00/hr.

Office hours: Mon-Fri 8am—5pm

Responsibilities:

• Design residential landscape irrigation and landscape lighting systems in AutoCAD
• Create as builts for irrigation and landscape lighting systems in AutoCAD
• Complete takeoffs of irrigation and landscape lighting designs
• Place orders and coordinate deliveries of irrigation and landscape lighting materials
• Schedule irrigation and lighting technicians to complete installations, service calls, and establishment checks
• Work closely with Project Managers to meet project timelines
• Notify clients of scheduled services
• Receive, process, and schedule work orders and contracts
• Collect detailed client information to be entered into CRM in a timely and accurate manner
• Generate reports including but not limited to job cost, performance metrics, etc.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Ability to prioritize job duties and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Detail oriented
• Disciplined organizational habits
• Strong Communication Skills—written and oral
