MUST HAVE LANDSCAPE EXPERIENCE!!!

We are a rapidly growing local Landscape company and we are seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance & Installation Supervisor/Foreman to run a 2-3 man crew with 1 + years’ experience.

MANDATORY Drug Testing for employment.

Hiring Landscape Maintenance foreman and Landscape Installation foreman.

• -Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record, able to get on our insurance.

-Must have commercial/Residential landscape experience

-Highly motivated on site and with crew

Responsibilities Include:

-Transporting crew and equipment to site

Loading and unloading proper equipment/materials

Managing a jobsite with equipment and team members to accomplish a job in a timely manner.

Irrigation knowledge a plus

-Completing daily paperwork

-Supervising on-site safety procedures and enforcement of Company policies

Candidates should possess the following skills:

-Knowledge and Ability to safely operate landscape equipment.

• -Some horticultural and pesticide knowledge. Know plant material.

-People skills

-Bi-lingual is a plus, but not required

• Top pay for experience and motivation
• If you are currently employed and do not feel you are being paid what you produce we would love the opportunity to speak with you. Top pay paid for production and results.
• Does having a 3 day weekend sound good to you. We work 40 hours in 4 days. Or if you desire we do allow over-time for motiviated individuals.
• Make commission on landscape jobs that are completed to customer satisfaction under budget!!

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $14.00 to $20.00 /hour
