The Landscape Production Coordinator is responsible for leading a crew of 2-3 people. They will oversee the completion of the construction landscape installation projects in an efficient manner. The Landscape Production Coordinator is responsible for:

• Providing clear expectations, training, guidance and positive, constructive feedback to all team members.
• Enforcing all the company’s policies and procedures especially those concerning personal and environmental safety.
• Reviewing and executing each specific task as defined in the landscape construction agreement.
• Final approval of all work performed. As the team is nearing the completion of the assigned tasks, the Landscape Production Coordinator is required to inspect the property to ensure that every task has been completed according to standards.
• Providing relevant communication concerning the property to the Account Manager.
• Read blueprints and determine necessary measurements.

Overseeing crews who will be:

• Installation of plants, trees, and shrubs
• Laying turf
• Construction of brick walkways, driveways and retaining walls
• Plant bed installation
• Maintaining a clean and safe job site
• Keeping an orderly and stocked equipment trailer
• Performing highly physical installation work on a consistent basis
• Hardscapes and softscapes
• Snow removal

Qualifications and Experience

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Prior experience with landscape construction (highly preferred)
